Project Manager (Gambling and Betting)

About the role:

We’re searching for a meticulous individual adept at refining, coordinating, and monitoring tasks. The ideal candidate should excel in refining tasks from clients, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely task completion. Strong skills in task planning, evaluation, and documentation are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Waterfall).
• Basic understanding of marketing processes.
• Proficient user of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource estimation, project planning, risk, and change management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate.
• Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• English language proficiency not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

Will be plus:

• Experience working with marketing teams or projects.
• Experience in the betting industry.
• Experience in business process analysis and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of tasks and delegate responsibilities across the department.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed promptly within the specified domain.
• Evaluate the results of tasks to verify their efficacy.
• Serve as a bridge between various team members.
• Improve procedures to maximize team productivity.
• Foster cooperation and interaction with other teams within the department and broader ecosystem.
