Exciting Opportunity: Head of Sales in the iGaming Industry

Requirements

  • 3.5 years experience in the industry and 2 years in a leadership position;
  • Deep expertise in the iGaming industry;
  • Strategic thinking and in-depth analysis;
  • Developing and implementing departmental strategy;
  • Development and implementation of new offers;
  • Analysing the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends;
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of the performance of their departments;
  • Preparing regular reports for management;
  • Communication skills;
  • Knowledge of techniques for making new contacts offline and online;
  • Conversation Starter Techniques;
  • Small Talk skills with high efficiency for the business;
  • Company presentation skills;
  • High level of handling negativity and objections;
  • Budget Management. Reasoned and informed approach to budget management for the benefit of the company;
  • Leadership and team management;
  • Lead level team quality control;
  • Leadership and motivation of the management team;
  • Development and implementation of training programs to improve team competencies.

Will be plus

  • English C1 and above;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese/Spanish.

Soft Skills

  • Strategic thinking and planning: Understanding of team building in relation to strategic planning. Proper formation of the department's management team (Leads) taking into account the specifics of work in the areas (GEO, traffic sources);
  • Conflict resolution: Ability to resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions. Planning and managing strategic metrics;
  • Effective decision-making: Ability to quickly analyse complex situations and make informed decisions;
  • Responsibility and diligence. Be willing to be held accountable for poor decisions or actions by yourself or the department and respond to situations promptly;
  • Responsibility. The employee is willing to be held accountable for personal and team results. Willing to be responsible for budgets;
  • Analytical skills. Analytical mind, able to think in figures.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing the division's strategy;
  • Search for growth points;
  • Search for webmasters through all possible sales channels;
  • Managing a team of sales managers, setting tasks, controlling the fulfilment of KPI indicators;
  • Working with local sales people in the regions where webmasters are present;
  • Search for online sites with webmasters' traffic;
  • Building a personal brand on online platforms and creating an unobtrusive sales funnel (chats/forums/social networks/blog);
  • Active sales at offline events conferences/meetups/meetings;
  • Active search for direct partners in the network with the help of tools and cold sales;
  • Working with external contact bases;
  • Deal closing;
  • Bringing webmasters to launch (transferring webmasters to ‘active’ status);
  • Transfer of active webmasters to the account;
  • Reconciliation of inactive;
  • Reporting.
