Business Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Trainer to develop and implement training programs, focusing on soft skills and management development for line personnel and entry-level managers in customer support and sales departments.

Requirements

• Special professional education as a coach.
• Relevant higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, philology).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training program development.
• Deep understanding of group dynamics and the Kolb cycle methodology.
• Proficient in English (B1 level or higher).
• Knowledge of L&D trends and LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Training and development of line personnel and entry-level managers.
• Interaction with department heads and HR personnel to create competency maps for entry-level managers.
• Development, implementation, and quality monitoring of training programs for entry-level managers.
• Reporting on the implementation and effectiveness of training and development programs for entry-level managers.
• Seeking new methods and tools to improve the qualifications of entry-level managers.
