Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payments Manager to handle a crucial aspect of our operations. As we expand into Europe, we require a skilled professional who can manage the opening of business accounts in banks, EMIs, and PSPs, as well as merchant accounts. The role also involves regular communication with financial institutions, understanding clients' needs, optimizing payment structures, and exploring alternative banking options.
Responsibilities:

Open business accounts in banks, EMIs, and merchant accounts at PSPs.

Engage in day-to-day communication with financial institutions through email, phone calls, and video calls.

Communicate with clients to identify their needs and understand their current payment model.

Provide advice on the most efficient payment structures and present alternative banking options.

Research new banks, EMIs, and PSPs based on various criteria such as transfer fees, SWIFT/SEPA/IBAN availability, supported business activities, and countries of incorporation, as well as supported countries for payments.

Prepare company documents for the account opening procedure, including filling out application forms and managing document shipping.

Manage the CRM system.

Report and update tasks related to the status of account openings and research.
Requirements:

Understanding of the general parameters of main payment factors.

Strong research and analysis skills for new banks, EMIs, PSPs, etc.

Knowledge of SEPA/SWIFT transfers, MDR, MCC code, rates for forced refunds, etc.

Desire and willingness to work in a team, sociability, and focus on results.

Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

Minimum of 1 year working experience in Banking, Financial, or Legal field.
