The Role
As we grow our global presence, our team is looking for an SEO Team Lead to work remotely leading our SEO team. In this role, you will be instrumental in setting and executing our SEO strategy. With your advanced knowledge of SEO, you will help your team develop and create an impact on the organization’s growth plans. You will collaborate closely with the Development and Content team to improve our global SEO execution. This position is crucial to our long-term digital marketing strategy and helps us to continue our growth journey as an organization. What You Will Do
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and ensure they contribute to the team’s success
- Leverage advanced SEO/UX strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine performance
- Oversee the evolution of the semantic core and clusterization for improved keyword coverage and with strong search intent alignment
- Streamline SEO processes to increase the velocity of project completion
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with both the development team and content team
- Report regularly on SEO performance to upper management
- Stay up to date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates
What We Look For
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, including at least 1 year leading an SEO Team
- Knowledge of advanced SEO strategies, including link-building strategies and tools
- Experience working with SEO tools (i.e. Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, GA4, etc)
- Strong data analysis and SEO reporting experience
- Extensive experience with semantic core clustering
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Fluency in English (C1 Level preferred)
Nice To Have
- CMS management experience (i.e. WordPress)
- Experience managing 3+ direct reports
- Previous experience working in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience executing SEO strategies in multiple languages
Our Interview Process
