The Role
Ideals has a strong focus on empowering our global teams with tools and services that maximize performance and value as we scale from 450+ people across 25+ locations to even greater heights.To power our growth with strategic procurement and optimized spending, we look for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to secure high-quality goods and services by finding, evaluating, and selecting optimal vendors.
In this role, you'll drive cost efficiency and compliance through strategic procurement across various spend categories, leveraging in-depth market analysis and effective supplier relationship management skills. What You Will Do
- Forecast and manage demand to align procurement activities with company needs
- Conduct cost analysis, scenario planning, and risk management to optimize purchasing decisions
- Monitor price and market trends to inform procurement strategies
- Identify, evaluate, and partner with reliable suppliers, ensuring performance meets company standards
- Ensure new and existing contracts compliance with company requirements and policies
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders, documenting needs and ensuring transparency of the selection and contracting processes
What We Look For
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, including 1+ years in international procurement in IT or marketing categories
- Knowledge of the Procurement Sourcing Framework
- Understanding of IT/marketing procurement categories
- Expertise to conduct thorough cost/benefit analyses
- Strong negotiation skills for effective relationship management
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level for speaking and C1 for writing)
Nice To Have
- Experience with software and SaaS procurement
- Experience with e-marketing procurement
Our Interview Process
