Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.
This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
• Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced level of spoken English - fluent, natural, and confident.
• Exceptional communication skills - you’re empathetic, engaging, and know how to build rapport.
• Flexibility and adaptability - the ability to tailor your approach to different personalities, goals, and proficiency levels.
• Strong focus on conversational practice - you can lead effective sessions without relying solely on textbooks or rigid materials.
• High level of self-organization - you’re comfortable managing your own calendar, timing, and workload independently.
Would be a plus:
• Experience teaching adults or working with a professional audience (corporate, IT, or business).
• Experience in language schools or specialized English courses.
• Background in or a strong understanding of corporate environments.
What you’ll be doing:
• Conduct individual online English sessions with company employees (1:1 format).
• Focus on speaking, listening, and job-related vocabulary.
• Help learners build confidence in meetings, daily communication, and professional conversations.
• Design and adapt lesson structures independently based on each employee’s needs and level.
• Manage your availability by creating open time slots in a shared calendar.
• Plan and balance your workload within the agreed working hours.
