Head of corporate finance

DTEK Grids is an operating holding engaged in power distribution. The company was founded in 2018, and is now operating in five areas of Ukraine, such as Kyiv, Dnipro, Donetsk and Odesa regions, and the city of Kyiv. The company serves 5.4 million households and 150,000 enterprises.

We are looking for "Head of corporate finance".

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor/analyze debt capital markets, grant and donors programs available for Ukraine 
• Contribute and lead on structuring financing transactions till execution 
• Monitor and comply with covenants 
• Prepare financial strategy 
• Work with Ukrainian financial institutions and government body to open financing programs 
•  Prepare all investor materials and documentation

Essential Skills and Characteristics

• Good academic credentials.
• 3+ years of experience gained in debts capital markets, investment banking, Consulting, placement.
• Extensive knowledge of and credibility within the US and European debts capital and US/European grant programs
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• A deep understanding of the power sector trends, drivers, peers.
• Prior experience, debt origination and execution is necessary.
• A high level of competence in market analytics and the analysis of company’s Financial statements, business / operational and financial risks for the purpose of Assessing potential opportunities.
• Highly numerate with strong execution and structuring skills and a proven ability to Execute and drive forward strategic plans to meet role targets set against proven Risk assessment, monitoring and control skills.
• The Identification and structuring of appropriate financing solutions and the Negotiation of legal documentation.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build long term, Trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and Management Teams.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
