Chief contract management specialist (Zagreb, Croatia)

We operate in 24 European countries with strategically located hubs in Amsterdam, Zug, Zagreb, Warsaw and Kyiv. Our main portfolio products include electricity, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources (RES), natural gas, and fuels.

We are looking for Chief Contract Management Specialist to join our team at our office in Zagreb, Croatia.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding new counterparties for gas, power, and LNG collaboration including preparation of KYC and statutory documents for D.Trading onboarding.
Managing the negotiation process for approving gas and power contracts (EFET, RECs, LFC, SWAP, PPA, Emission allowances) with D. Trading and counterparties.
Managing to approve financial documents, such as bank guarantees, standby letters, and PCG with internal D.Trading clients and external ones.
Managing the registration process and preparing all necessary documents for collaboration with operators (DSO, TSO, exchange, others).
Performing internal procedures and submitting documents to ETRM.

Requirements:

Knowledge of foreign or Ukrainian trade activities.
Experience in contract management or customer support that including documents checkup of the customer.
Experience in the financial sector is supported.
Experience in international companies in back office or contract management.
Fluent Ukrainian and English communication skills required (both written and verbal).
Computer proficiency (Windows OS, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of Contract Terms & Conditions.
Understanding of legal documents.
Strong motivation to work.
Responsibility and results orientation.
Ability to adapt quickly and solve non-standard tasks.
Willingness to work beyond strict procedures.
Preferred Experience: Trading, document flow, banking, or financial sector.
