Candor Global Services is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the US based Certitrek Group team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing creative for websites, email, social media, paid campaigns, and sales collateral and developing and updating email marketing calendars to ensure timely sending. Assist the Marketing Manager with miscellaneous projects.
Desired candidates possess:
- Excellent oral communication skills in English (written and oral)
- Familiarity with the US market a plus
- Ability to work in US time zones Monday-Friday
- Team player
- Coachable
Skills and Competencies:
- 4+ years of design experience
- An online portfolio
- Experience in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, etc.
- Experience working with brand and design systems across a variety of outlets.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, user-centered thinking and process, and crafting interactive/digital experiences that solve for a customer/business problem
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize time, and meet deadlines.
- Possesses the ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- creative development for all Customer's divisions, including but not limited to website, email, social media, paid campaigns, and sales collateral.
- maintain an open line of communication with the Marketing Manager and Division Managers to ensure accurate representation of all Customer's divisions and brand guidelines;
- maintain email marketing calendars to ensure the timely send of emails within Zoho Campaigns;
- work together with the Marketing Manager to review email campaigns during each 1:1 and will make revisions accordingly;
- maintain an open line of communication with the Marketing team to provide additional help or resources to the team;
- follow up with the assigning members at a prearranged time to discuss the quality of the work and if additional collaboration is required;

- Monthly income: Salary — $700-$1500;
