Account manager (Amazon)

What we expect from our candidate:

• Англійська стратегія на верхній-міжнародному рівні (позиція встановлюється за допомогою комунікацій і телефонних дзвінків з Amazon support).
• Proficiency in Excel ; Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Досвід роботи з Amazon або в e-commerce є необхідною.
• Значні analytical skills and keen attention to detail .
• Comfortable with working through a time-tracker .

What will you do?

• Monitor and manage listings attributes.
• Communicate with Amazon support via calls and written correspondence.
• Set up deals, promotions, coupons.
• Generate і analyze reports.
• Work with flat files to update and optimize product listings.
• Створити продукцію bundles and promotional campaigns.
• Address and resolve compliance є ефективними.
