Junior Accountant (fully remote)

Requirements:
- 6 months of data entry or accounting experience
- Personal laptop or PC (we will provide you with the corporate laptop after 6 months of work)
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English
- Good MS Office skills Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability to work 3 pm till midnight (8 hours with a 1-hour dinner break) (Kyiv time) Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure accuracy of consultant’s approved timesheets and invoices, request corrections if necessary
- Process payments to employees and vendors
- Prepare invoices for clients
- Enter data and maintain payroll records in accordance with the company policies and procedures
- Record day-to-day company financial transactions in the accounting software QuickBooks
- Process employee’s expense reports in accordance with the company policies
