PE Accountant - Helpware Group

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the registration process of new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs).
• Workload: 150-200 PEs simultaneously
• Assisting with opening bank accounts, providing further support, and consulting on PE liquidation.
• Preparing and submitting tax reports for PEs.
• Paying taxes, compensations, and insurance contributions.
• Providing consultations on opening accounts in payment systems and processing payments.
• Interacting with government institutions (tax authorities, banks, etc.).
• Preparing contracts and invoices.
• Providing consulting support to team members on PE-related matters.
• Participating in managing and executing the monthly payroll process and contributing to its improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE) in accounting, economics, or finance.
• Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation (especially for PE Group 3).
• Experience interacting with government services/institutions.
• Ability to work with banking systems and financial documents.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
• English sufficient for internal communication (minimum B2).
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables).
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in accounting and finance.
