The Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Lead Generation Expert to fill our pipeline with qualified meetings. You'll be the first point of contact for future clients — responsible for identifying prospects, breaking through the noise, and booking calls for our Business Development team.
This is a hunter role. If you wait for leads to come to you, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute outbound sequences via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Identify and research target accounts across DACH, UK, Nordics, and Western Europe
- Write compelling, personalized outreach messages that get replies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP
- Book discovery calls and hand off warm leads to the BD team
- Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive (our CRM)
- Test and iterate on messaging, cadences, and channels — track what works
- Represent Stanga1 at industry events and conferences (when relevant)
Must-have:
- Excellent English — written and spoken. Near-native or native level required
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or lead generation experience (SaaS, IT services, or tech preferred)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar), and CRM
- Strong copywriting instincts — you know how to write a subject line that gets opened
- Comfortable with rejection. High activity, high resilience
- Organized and data-driven — you track your numbers and improve on them
Nice to have:
- Experience selling software development, staff augmentation, or IT outsourcing
- German language skills (DACH is our primary market)
- Ability and willingness to travel within Europe for events or client meetings
- Familiarity with ICPs like CTOs, VPs of Engineering, CPOs, and startup founders
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Consistent pipeline of qualified discovery calls booked weekly
- Clear understanding of Stanga1's ICP, messaging, and objection handling
- Optimized outreach sequences with measurable open/reply/meeting rates
- Strong collaboration with the BD team — no dropped handoffs
