Yield & Inventory Analyst

We are looking for a Yield & Inventory Analyst to join a company that provides outsourcing services for American partners in the real estate (timeshare property) industry. In this role, you will help optimize inventory, pricing, and revenue performance while working closely with internal teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inventory across properties to ensure optimal allocation and availability
Implement inventory controls and restrictions to maximize revenue during both peak and off-peak periods
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to develop and adjust pricing strategies
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, occupancy, and revenue performance
Maintain forecasting models and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and other sales channels
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Property Management teams to align pricing and inventory strategies
Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance and recommend data-driven solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in Yield Management, Revenue Management, Inventory Management, or a similar analytical role within the hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with data.
English proficiency: Intermediate (B1–B2) or higher, with confident spoken and written communication
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management software is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
