Administrator, Patient Experience Manager

American Medical Centers, a primary private healthcare provider in Kyiv is looking for a Patient Expierience Manager (Administrator)

Main duties:

• Meeting and greeting clients, providing information about the clinic answering and forwarding phone calls

• Scheduling appointments with the doctors, managing queries through mails

• Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes
• Review daily front office work and activities and report on daily basis to upper Management

Requirements:

• Ability to work with data Attention to details
• Clients oriented, positive thinking, tactful, well presented, smiling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience working in 1C would be considered as advantage
