Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper (Ukraine-based)

We're looking for a part-time remote bookkeeper with strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax regulations and PE (Private Entrepreneur) compliance requirements. This role involves handling ongoing financial transactions, submitting PE reports monthly for a Company and private staff; and working with our existing accounting systems.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and log all financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and submit monthly PE reports in accordance with Ukrainian tax laws.
• Perform overseas bank transfers and reports.
• Manage accounts using Xero and Wafeq accounting systems.
• Ensure contract compliance related to PE status.
• Coordinate with our finance and operations teams to ensure smooth financial reporting overseas.
• Manage utility payments and bills (Ukraine and overseas)
• Daily payment in Ukraine (2-3 per day).

 Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Ukrainian tax laws and PE (Private Entrepreneur) compliance.
• Experience with Xero and preferably Wafeq or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Basic proficiency in English (enough to understand instructions and communicate as needed).
• Attention to detail and reliability in meeting monthly deadlines.

 Time Commitment:

• Part-time, flexible hours.
• Ideal for a freelancer or someone managing multiple clients.
