Recruiter (Non-Tech) | Remote | Kyiv (optional office access) | Global Fintech Group

We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter who can confidently manage international hiring processes and successfully close C-level roles and Head of Department positions (Marketing, Data Analytics, etc.) across 22 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of non-tech roles, including C-level and Head of Department positions worldwide.
• Talent sourcing, selection, and candidate pipeline management across multiple markets.
• Close cooperation with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
• Market research and strategy development for complex international searches.
• Representation of the company and building a strong employer brand positioning in global markets.
• Management of multiple parallel hiring processes with a focus on quality and speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter (Tech - Non-Tech hiring).
• Excellent command of English (fluent).
• Spanish — a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with high complexity, diverse markets, and decentralized structures.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage expectations at top management
• level.
