SEO Specialist (Middle / Senior)

An international fintech holding is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join the team and work on lending / fintech projects across multiple GEOs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing 5–7 SEO projects (primarily websites with up to 1,000 pages each);

  • Developing and implementing SEO growth strategies aligned with business goals;

  • Conducting technical SEO audits and maintaining overall website health;

  • Collecting, clustering, and maintaining the semantic core;

  • Analyzing niches and competitors to identify growth opportunities;

  • Developing and maintaining link-building strategies;

  • Preparing clear technical tasks for developers, designers, and copywriters (Jira).

Requirements

Professional Experience

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (Middle or Senior level);

  • Proven cases of organic traffic and ranking growth, with the ability to explain the impact of your actions.

SEO & Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of current Google ranking principles;

  • Data-driven approach to technical SEO and link building;

  • Practical experience with:

    • Google Analytics / GA4

    • Google Search Console

    • Ahrefs, Similarweb

    • Screaming Frog

    • Looker Studio

  • Confident use of Google Sheets;

  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, experience with RegEx, understanding of JSON and microdata (Schema).

Language Skills

  • English level B1 or higher (working with English-language websites and written communication).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech / lending / affiliate niches;

  • Experience working with multiple GEOs;

  • Understanding of SEO economics (traffic value, organic CPC, ROI).
