• An experienced professional who has advanced in collections, starting from an operator to a managerial position.

• A technical expert in auto-dialing, with a deep understanding of predictive vs. progressive dialing, knowing exactly when to use each.

• Proficient in setting checkpoints, interpreting statistics, and making both tactical and strategic decisions.

• Values autonomy and proactivity, going beyond just following job descriptions.

• Capable of launching projects from scratch and prioritizing tasks in a multifaceted environment.

• SQL knowledge is a significant advantage!

• Able to motivate the team, provide feedback, and train employees fluently in English, Ukrainian.

What will you be doing?

• Leading the development of the Collection function as the Functional Head of Collection for our Central Office in new Latin American locations (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and potentially one more region within 12 months).

• Building and optimizing Collection processes for new projects.

• Forming operational Collection teams at new locations.

• Coordinating with contractors for telephony, SMS, messaging, and outsourcing companies.

• Managing and optimizing NPL (Non-Performing Loan) processes, including the assignment of claims.

• Training and developing leaders on these projects.

• Creating and proposing optimized strategies based on empirical data.
