Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our content management team, which is responsible for administering our client’s eCommerce web portal from a content perspective. This role will be based in our newly established Kyiv office, overseeing a high-impact project for a major player in the eCommerce sector.

Position Summary:

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Content Writers, ensuring that all content-related activities align with the client’s brand and business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing content creation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all content projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage a team of Content Writers, Shopify Listing Managers, and Shopify Managers.

•Ensuring the creation, editing, and management of content for the client’s eCommerce web portal.

•Oversee the content development process, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the client’s brand guidelines.

•Coordinate with the content management team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals.

•Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards, ensuring that content projects are completed on time and within scope.

•Provide guidance and support to the Content Writers, facilitating their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.

•Utilize tools such as Shopify and ChatGPT to enhance content management processes and drive innovation within the team.

•Regularly review and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies and improve outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Proven experience in project management, preferably within the content management or digital marketing field.

•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

•Upper-intermediate English skills.

•Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify.

•Experience with tools like ChatGPT for content creation and management is a plus.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
