Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for positions ranging from junior to senior levels
• Conducting initial interviews and resume screening
• Collaborating with hiring managers and teams to define candidate requirements
• Supporting the entire hiring process and ensuring smooth communication between the hiring manager and candidates
• Maintaining a candidate database and preparing reports
• Assisting in posting job ads on various platforms and managing applications
• Helping organize and coordinate interviews
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• A strong desire to grow in the field of recruitment
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
