LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Warehouse specialist to join our business:
Purpose of Position:
- Support engineering installation through effective, efficient and accurate warehousing management which includes inbound, outbound, storing and distributing operation;
- Be responsible for inventory accuracy, goods safety, layout design, incoming & outgoing accuracy;
- Be responsible for efficient use of warehouse space.
Major Responsibility:
- Manages day-to-day warehouse operations and activities;
- Manages and processes all required paperwork associated with shipment, cycle count and transactions;
- Follow standard practices and procedure in problem solving and decision making;
- Ensure incoming goods be received into WMS (warehouse management system) on time and correctly;
- Monitor delivery note report and arrange LSPs to prepare goods on time in order to ensure cargos can be shipped out within requested time;
- Contact LSPs arrange transportation vehicles to make sure cargos can be shipped out on time;
- Communicate with relative departments or LSPs or customers for any shipping involved issues on time;
- Ensure file all documents correctly and on time.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree on warehouse management or logistics or supply chain management;
- Have good skills in windows and Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
- Be able to work under high pressure;
- Very good communication skill, Oral and written English are must.
