LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Radio Frequency Intern to join our business:
Job responsibilities:
- Participate in Radio Access Network (RAN) planning and performance optimization and performance feature testing under the guidance of experienced engineers;
- Undertake technical support, quality improvement, locating/handling of RF issues on live networks;
- Responsible for TSSR design and approval (radio part);
- Perform RAN quality inspection;
- Participate in site integration and on-air;
- Perform Single Site Verification drive test and prepare the reports;
- RAN Key Performance Indicators monitoring and report preparation;
- Site engineering parameters preparation and update;
- Responsible for the project success and customer satisfaction ensuring during the project delivery process.
Main requirements:
- Good knowledges of radio theory and antennas characteristics;
- Basic knowledges of GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR network structure;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good at with Excel/VBA/Access database/Python;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex analysis results to non-technical personnel;
- Strong curiosity and learning ability, able to quickly adapt to new business requirements;
- Excellent time management skills, able to balance multiple projects and tasks;
- Good team collaboration spirit, able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English;
- Readiness for business trips.
