LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for Junior Service Solution Sales Specialist to join our business.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer problems and requirements, identifying and managing solutions which will best meet customer needs;
• Analysis of tender RFX documents (Request for Information/Proposal/Quotation);
• Design and preparation of Solution commercial bidding documentation related to Service & Software solutions;
• Preparation of Solution technical & commercial BoQ using internal CPQ system;
• Preparation of Solution description technical documentation for bidding, tender (RFX answer, Statement of Compliance, Technical Solution documentation);
• Work as a team member or a team leader for the bidding projects, build efficient communication and cooperation with other teams and departments (including international teams) in order to ensure timely technical & commercial solution preparation;
• Design Contract documents in terms of Service & Software related clauses, support contract review, sign, registration and change process;
• Preparation of Purchase orders, support Purchase order review, sign, registration and change process;
• Work with different ERP systems;
• Occasionally performing administrative or other related responsibilities as required;

Who we are looking for:

• Intermediate English
• Higher education (Bachelor or above, students on their last year) – telecom/software/economics field;
• Basic understanding of wireless, transmission network, data network, IT network technologies;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel to be able to perform commercial analysis and offer design;
• Ability to work analyze big chunks of data;
• Ability to work under high load and tight schedule;
• Strong organizational skills, ready to work independently;
• Ability to learn fast from tutor and self-study;
• Welcoming and responsible personality;
• Wish to work as solution manager or commercial manager in future;
• High level interpersonal skills, ability to build efficient relationship with customers and colleagues;
