Junior Project Logistics Specialist/Молодший спеціаліст з логістики

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Project Logistics Specialist to support our business operations in Ukraine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end (E2E) supply coordination for key projects, including material planning, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Project materials demand with communication with Project team;
• Manage inventory and warehouse in/out operations including communication with customers, LSP, subcons;
• Transport management. Arrange the delivery, orders/documents preparations;
• Maintain logistics documentation and records; 
• Participate in warehouse stock taking (inventory);
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual report on request;
• Fulfill project/logistics KPI’s

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of logistics processes;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
