LLC Huawei Ukraine is looking for TAX Specialist to join our business:

Job Responsibilities:

• VAT prepayment calculation (monthly);
• VAT invoices issuance and registration in MEDOC (twice per month);
• VAT reconciliation working paper (monthly);
• TFD VAT filing (adjustment & calculation + payment);
• VAT declaration submission in MEDOC;
• Input VAT control (checking blocked/unregistered VAT invoices from suppliers and controlling excluded VAT invoices from previous tax returns);
• TFD Overdue VAT Adjustments Review and closing (monthly);
• Tax invoices triggering in CFS (VAT booking for all local sales);
• VAT asset assessment (quarterly);
• Internal tax audit support from VAT side;
• Tax verification (VAT code and amount check in payment application forms);
• Communication with customers/suppliers regarding VAT issues;
• Tax code maintenance for expense categories;
• Act preparation (scrap, import services from third parties, EBG act management);
• Reconciliation act support with customers.

Qualifications Required:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/economics/accounting;
2. At least 3 years of tax accounting experience, experience in Big4 is a plus;
3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of Tax Code of Ukraine, specifically indirect tax system;
4. Be familiar with local accounting standards and IFRS, accounting qualification certificate is preferred;
5. Be proficient in MEDOC and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (including the ability to work with large data sets and use of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIFS, Pivot Table);
6. Be proficient in English speaking and writing (B1+ level);
7. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail;
8. Resistant to stress and capable to work with tight deadlines;
9. Teamwork spirit.
