We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for senior students or young professionals eager to start their career in key account management and with a keen interest in modern technology. You will play a vital role in supporting and developing relationships with our key partners, as well as in achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth analysis of sales, purchases, and stock of key clients to optimize and enhance efficiency;
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with partners through active communication (business correspondence, phone calls, personal meetings);
• Actively participating in achieving the sales targets;
• Initiating and participating in the development and implementation of marketing activities aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness of the categories;
• Systematically monitoring competitor activities, analyzing their strategies and offers;
• Involvement in the budgeting process, providing analytical data, and proposals;
• Actively learning and developing professional skills under the guidance of experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with a willingness to develop advanced Excel skills;
• Ability to conduct business correspondence in both English and Ukrainian;
• An interest in gadgets and modern technologies;
• Aptitude for analytics and calculations, with comfort working with data;
• Conversational English is a must.

• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people both in writing and in person (including client office visits);
• Strong desire and willingness to learn and develop professionally;
• Internal locus of control (belief that outcomes are within one's own hands);
• High self-expectations and a drive for continuous self-improvement;
• Readiness to work from the office every day;

• Openness to change and a desire to become a better version of oneself;
• An educational background in Economics or related fields may be an advantage but is not mandatory.
