Project Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Supply Chain Specialist to support our business operations in Ukraine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end (E2E) supply coordination for key projects, including material planning, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end supply chain operations — help plan and coordinate material needs, production schedules, and transport flows (both inbound and outbound), ensuring smooth project execution.
2. Contribute to supply solution design — assist in developing efficient delivery plans that fit project timelines, budgets, and logistics constraints.
3. Handle shipping and logistics documentation — prepare, check, and track transport documents, follow up on shipments, and help resolve delivery issues.
4. Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team — work closely with colleagues to achieve on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.
5. Communicate across departments — coordinate with Sales, Finance, Project Management, and Customers to keep supply chain activities aligned with project goals.
6. Track and analyze key supply metrics — support reporting on KPIs such as lead time, delivery accuracy, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade (experience in project-based or B2B delivery is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020, customs clearance procedures, and cross-border logistics.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese language is a advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment and under tight deadlines.
