Молодший фахівець з обробки транзакцій (Junior Funding Specialist)

Due to the expansion of our team, we are currently looking for a result-oriented Junior Funding Specialist.  If you want to start your career in an international IT company and join our Back Office department ,  then we are looking for you!

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, accounting) will be a plus
• Knowledge of English at the level of strong Pre-Intermediate and above
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets
• Proficient in using a PC
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to work a shift schedule  (8-hour shifts, 3-4 night shifts per month).

Job responsibilities:

• Handling customer/partner inquiries and resolving issues related to transactions and other operational aspects
• Communication with clients/partners via email
• Interacting with merchants and suppliers to resolve disputes
• Performing additional technical tasks related to workflows
