System Administrator

We are inviting you, a highly motivated and results-oriented System Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Performing system and application updates;
• Managing tickets and prioritizing tasks;
• Providing user support by resolving issues;
• Procurement equipment and conducting audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience as System Administrator (MacOS);
• Experience with Mattermost and Slack; 
• Knowledge of backup systems;
• Knowledge of antivirus software;
• Knowledge of network diagnostic programs;
• Proficiency in mail software;
• Experience in maintaining office equipment and providing user support;
• Knowledge of network security concepts, including configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and implementing intrusion detection systems.

Will be a plus

• Experience in supporting VoIP;
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems;
• Knowledge of the Greek language.
