We are looking for a professional Customer Experience Analyst who will be responsible for comprehensive analysis, structuring, segmentation and proper interpretation of data received from researches and customer queries to ensure further development of actions to increase customer loyalty.
We invite those, who:
- Provide interpretation of customer experience research, NPS, Mystery shopping and customer queries
- Analyze and build the structure of NPS results and customer feedback
- Calculate necessary targets on Country, Stores and Branch level
- Explain, support, and follow up reporting for key users
- Prepare and provide reporting for operations in Store Support Office/ Store level (analysis, simulations)
- Coordinate and improve systems workflow process
- Initiate automatization of reporting via BI tools
- Has University Degree and 1+ year experience in business processes support, optimization, analytics
- Advanced analytical & presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point is a must, SQL - as an advantage)
- Pre-intermediate English speaker.
