Category Manager (Meat)

We are looking for a professional Category Manager to provide offer leadership and direction for the category, build the assortment and price offer that will cover all customer needs and deliver sustainable sales and profit growth.

• Open to challenges, dynamic environment and has commercial and business acumen
• Analyze customer needs, market potential and trends, competitor propositions 
• Build assortment matrix and develop pricing, promo and communication strategy for each customer group
• Responsible for efficient sourcing strategy and deliver category sales target and profitability
• Develop and implement negotiation strategy with suppliers, ensuring strong strategic collaboration  
• Lead change and innovation
• Effectively lead and develop the team, motivate and ensure their efficiency
• Has 3+ years of category management experience with strong analytical and negotiation skills 
• Confident upper-intermediate English speaker.
