Pricing & Revenue Growth Manager

• Take ownership of the FSD channel price model, acting as a gatekeeper and driver of price architecture in a fragmented, early?stage market.
• Can lead continuous market observation, competitor pricing analysis, and customer trend monitoring to secure sustainable market share growth.
• Drive ongoing price improvement initiatives by translating market insights, cost of goods dynamics, and revenue management opportunities into effective price instruments.
• Develop and execute power pricing and revenue strategies that strengthen channel price perception while securing long?term profitability across divisions, categories, and baskets.
• Lead the creation of analytical methodologies and pricing models to optimize category and basket structure, growing profitable sales mix and customer basket size.
• Ensure performance follow?up through clear KPIs, corrective actions, and transparent reporting to stakeholders, supporting disciplined execution and results delivery.
