- assure Forecast accuracy when review critical items, cleanse and adjust historical data, fine-tune statistical parameters, and adjust the statistical forecast based on market intelligence and business knowledge,
- work closely with Category Managers and Multifunctional Centers to understand market dynamics and incorporate their knowledge into the forecasts,
- analyze and interpret data from internal and external sources to monitor consumer dynamics, trade channels, brand performance and efficiency in order to identify potential risk & opportunities,
- organize and lead monthly category Consensus meeting cycle with focus on forecast accuracy, top BIAS outliers, key suppliers under deliveries, etc.
