Client Manager - Hebrew (office or remote)

Hello, we are seeking a creative individual who will become a part of our team and will conquer the peaks with us!

Perspective is a photo design studio with years of experience creating unforgettable memories that will forever be preserved in our photo albums. We collaborate with photographers from all over the world and provide our design & management services for photographers.  

Company languages: English, Hebrew, Ukrainian  
Clients' languages: Hebrew, English, Ukrainian

What do we expect from you?

• Have advanced English and Hebrew (important) 

• Have excellent communication and organization skills, be capable of managing the processes

• Be responsible and attentive, show initiative, and do not be afraid of many messages 

• Ready for a long-term period of work (we are not looking for temporary workers)

• Come with positive vibes 

• Relevant experience (working with clients, answering & helping) - will be a bonus 

What tasks will you deal with?

• Translation Hebrew - English - Ukrainian 

• Communication with customers and clients (emails, WhatsApp, our system) - clarifying details, statuses, asking questions

• Help clients with their problems on our platforms - explain, talk (if needed) 

• Collaborate with the team to help understand clients' requests

• Work with our systems and CRM

• Tasks to diversify your work (trainings are included): SMM - translate, post, answer (Hebrew account); Help Center for clients - articles, video scripts creation; participate in new projects.

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday (official office worktime) or Sunday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The studio is located 5 minutes away from the Palats «Ukraina» metro station
