Marketing Specialist

UNITEDCODE is a software development company with Headquarters in Texas and back offices in Ukraine and Germany. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience in the IT sector or related industries. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to information gathering and optimization.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT or Related Industries: Proven experience in marketing within the IT sector or similar fields.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, campaign performance, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity: Skilled in creating engaging and innovative content across various formats, including video, text, and visuals.
• Content Development Expertise: Experience in crafting compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials, including brainstorming creative campaign ideas.
• Market Research Proficiency: Capable of conducting thorough market analysis and competitive research, particularly within the US IT services market.
• Email Marketing Skills: Knowledge of email marketing tools and best practices for designing, implementing, and managing effective campaigns.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates precision in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Information Gathering and Optimization: Search for relevant data, optimize collected information, and use it to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Content Creation and Ideation: Work with video content (including memes), text-based content, and visuals. Generate ideas for engaging social media campaigns and other promotional activities.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and analyze data on the US IT services market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Email Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.

Conditions:

• Form of employment: Contractor
• Long-term contract with a US-based company, Unitedcode, Inc.
• Monday to Friday, full-time
• Fully remote
