Financial Controller / Financial Manager

We are a successful and rapidly growing company that looking for goal-oriented Financial Controller / Financial Manager to join our team in Finance Department. It is required the assistance with financial planning and budgeting processes, analysis of financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis as may be required by leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial statements, including Profit and loss reports, Cash flow statements and Balance sheet.
• Analysis financial data and prepare management reports for strategic decision-making.
• Participance in monthly and annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Developing and analyzing financial models to assess risks and opportunities.
• Creating transparency on costs and seeking to improve cost efficiency (proactive management of costs).
• Consolidation of data for several BUs/sub-Cluster.
• Driving automation of financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of financial statements and financial metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Experience in financial analysis or financial management.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English.
