Job Description: Paragon Marketing is looking for a skilled and motivated PPC Specialist to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in their new internal PPC division, managing various campaigns for clients and collaborating with key business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimising Google and Bing Search PPC campaigns, focusing on generating high-quality leads for our clients. This is a three-month contract with the opportunity to extend based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise ROI.
Create compelling ad copy and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
2-4 Years’ experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role.
Previous experience working for a marketing agency and managing client campaigns.
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnels.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Ability to create and optimise landing pages and ad copy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms is a plus.
English Level of B2 or above is required.
