Softprom is an international Value Added IT Distributor with 25+ years of experience, operating in 20+ countries and partnering with 100+ global IT vendors.

We're looking for an Accountant who enjoys keeping things organized, works accurately with financial documentation, and is comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

- Control and maintain accounting documentation

- Prepare, process, and maintain accounting documents

- Work with contracts and related documentation

- Coordinate accounting-related matters via email

- Ensure accurate record-keeping and support day-to-day accounting operations

Requirements

- 2+ years of accounting experience

- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and self-organization

- Confident user of MS Office

- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet)

- Experience using ChatGPT or Claude in everyday work

- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

- German will be an advantage
