Our client is one of the leaders in the production of sweets in Ukraine, open the vacancy of Export Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies in international markets with a focus on EU/US/Southeast Asia.
  • Planning and forecasting sales for export. 
  • Accomplishment of commercial growth through the development of commercial plans for sales, support and development of key customers.
  • Development of the budget and creation of plans for export sales in the S&OP cycle based on targeted brand development programs and planned orders.
  • Achievement of strategic goals in terms of sales volume and product range, qualitative and quantitative distribution in the export market through the effective management of subordinate employees.
  • Coordination and improvement of the Company's activities in the search for partners and targeted sales.
  • Prioritization of goods depending on profitability.
  • Formation of a distribution network, development of distribution channels, formation of an agent network, negotiation of cooperation.
  • Development of recommendations for improving the range and quality of products, the validity and expediency of launching new types of products focused on meeting the needs of consumers in the international market.
  • Coordinating the work of subordinates, organizing the effective work of the team in the central office and trading houses. 
  • Ensuring the implementation of 100% sales plans.
  • Monitoring compliance with the company's pricing policy.
  • Formation of proposals for the introduction of various innovations in the sales system aimed at increasing sales in export markets.
  • Participation in negotiations with key customers, presentation of the product to customers, representation of the company at international exhibitions.
  • Support for import activities of raw materials and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Foreign trade management 
  • English level - advanced
  • Knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • Experience in foreign markets - at least 5 years
  • Experience of building work and relations with foreign clients
  • Experience in sales of food products
  • Knowledge of the specifics of sales in EU/US/Southeast Asia
  • Experience in launch new products to international markets and building a food distribution network
  • readiness for business trips abroad.
