HR Generalisr/Coordinator Ukraine

Location: Ukraine, Kyiv

Reporting Relationships:Reports to: HR Manager Turkey & Ukraine 

Scope of Responsibility:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of the plans for all HR related duties. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Drives all aspects of the recruitment process
• Manages external relationships and leads employer branding activities
• Support Performance Management
• Develop HR policies & procedures as required by the business
• Provide company wised internal communications
• Support Succession Planning
• Support Monthly Payroll
• Support Learning & Development
• Lead Onboarding
• Supports Hub HR Manager on the recruitment, career developments and training process.
• Creating local human resources related projects
• Act as Business Partner responsible for all departments
• Support Ukraine business in all HR and admin related areas
• Participate and contribute to Corporate HR projects
• Ensure employee engagement

Education:

• Higher Education degree required

Experience:

• At least 5-6 years of practical experience; preferably with a Multinational FMCG company
• Fluent in English
