Retail Operations Analyst INTERSPORT

Intersport-Ukraine is part of the global international company Intersport International Corporation (IIC) and is represented by the Epicentr K group of companies throughout Ukraine.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst who is open to new ideas, has a creative approach to analytics, and is able to use data to support strategic decision-making. The main area of responsibility is the creation of innovative reporting, the development of new analytical systems and ensuring the accuracy of our data.

Your tasks

• Forecasting and Modeling: Creating and using analytical models to predict future sales and past performance. Providing recommendations for improving the results according to the analysis;
• Process optimization: Using analytical skills to identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. This may include optimizing logistics routes, improving data collection processes, or implementing new technologies to automate manual processes;
• Project Management: Management of analytical projects from start to finish, including project planning, execution, monitoring and closure;
• Collaboration with other departments: Work in close collaboration with other departments such as commercial, IT, finance, marketing to get the best results for the business;
• Preparation and presentation of reports: Preparation of reports and presentations for management or other stakeholders;
• Evaluation of new tools and technologies: Evaluation and recommendation of new analytical tools or technologies that can improve the company's ability to analyze data.

Our expectations

• work experience in analytics from 3 years;
• excellent data skills and ability to use data to support strategic decision making;
• excellent skills in using Excel and other analytical tools;
• ability to work in a team and independently;
• high communication skills;
• english level B1 and higher;
• experience in retail will be an advantage.
