We are looking for — Customer Support Specialist for night shifts!
Requirements:
- Turkish — Advanced (C1)
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)
- Ukrainian — Advanced (C1)
- Good communication skills
- Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data
- Client-based mentality
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge
Would be a plus:
- Experience in client support
- Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product related questions
- Closing tickets in one touch
- Record-keeping
- Team interaction
- Schedule: night 2/2 (2 days after 2 days) from 22-00 to 8-00 (Istanbul time)
