Who are we looking for

We are seeking a Travel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the travel industry, experience in travel management, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for assisting and organizing trips from scratch, supporting bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our colleagues.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Plan, coordinate, and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Utilize various ticketing and hotel booking tools to manage reservations efficiently.
  • Provide proactive assistance to travelers, addressing their requirements and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Create detailed travel itineraries that encompass all aspects of the trip, ensuring all logistical details are accounted for.
  • Address and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise, using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently as well as with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding travel experiences.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization in all travel documentation and processes.


What You Bring to the Team

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Travel Specialist/Agent.
  • In-depth understanding of the travel industry, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience with ticketing and hotel booking tools.
  • Strong customer service skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps for Work.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work independently.

Hiring Process 


  • Discovery Interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes) to dive deeper into the role's specifics
  • Final Interview (Optional) with the Purchase Manager (30 minutes) to gain insight into our team and direction
