GlobalLogic is inviting Trainee Business Analyst to join the team.

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Business Analyst to join our delivery team. In this role, you will learn how to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will work under the guidance of experienced BAs and PMs, helping to document requirements, manage the backlog, and support the development team.

Requirements

• Theoretical Foundation: Strong understanding of BA basics (SDLC, Agile/Scrum concepts, BABOK introduction is a plus).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to logically structure information and break down complex tasks.
• Tools: Basic familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and drawing tools (Miro, Lucidchart, or Draw.io).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (both written and spoken) for internal communication and documentation.

Job responsibilities

• Requirements Documentation: Assist in writing clear User Stories, acceptance criteria, and basic functional requirements.
• Backlog Support: Help the Project Manager and BA team maintain, organize, and update the product backlog in Jira.
• Process Mapping: Create simple visual diagrams (flows, mockups, mind maps) to describe project processes.
• Meeting Facilitation: Participate in team meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
