Role Summary
The Bid Writer & Tender Knowledge Expert is responsible for analyzing public and private tenders (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), structuring compliant responses, and producing high-quality written bid content that maximizes win probability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tender & RFP Analysis
- Review and assess RFPs, RFIs, ITTs, and framework tenders
- Identify eligibility, compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, risks, and gaps
- Produce bid/no-bid summaries and effort estimates
2. Bid Content Creation & Management
- Draft and coordinate technical and commercial responses
- Ensure clarity, structure, consistency, and alignment with evaluation criteria
3. Knowledge & Content Ownership
- Build and maintain reusable bid content libraries
- Maintain case studies, references, and standard answers
4. Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure full compliance with RFP instructions, formats, and deadlines
- Perform final quality checks before submission
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with technical experts, management, and partners
- Consolidate inputs into a coherent final offer
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer, Proposal Manager, or Tender Specialist
- Strong knowledge of public procurement processes
- Excellent written & spoken English (French and/or German is a plus)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management

- Knowledge of AI tools
- Knowledge of EU, Swiss, French, or UK procurement frameworks
