Team Lead Engineer (Node.js & ReactJS) (ID:840)

Infopulse Ukraine invites experienced and dynamic professionals to join our team as a Team Lead Engineer (Node.js & ReactJS). In this role, you will be working on a high-profile project for one of the largest energy producers globally and a market leader in Asia.

Areas of Responsibility

• Guide and oversee a team of up to 6 software engineers, ensuring effective team dynamics and meeting deadlines
• Maintain and improve the existing microservice architecture, leveraging advanced knowledge in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and related technologies
• Uphold high development standards through best practices and thorough code reviews, ensuring qualitative outcomes
• Provide accurate project estimates and validate the estimates of team members, contributing to effective project planning and execution
• Engage in the discovery stage in collaboration with the project manager, business analyst, and UX/UI designer, ensuring a cohesive project approach
• Actively participate in the implementation of new features, dedicating up to 70% of the workload to hands-on development

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of server-side programming and REST APIs
• Proficiency with a variety of tools and technologies, including PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, Docker, AWS Cloud
• A solid grasp of programming patterns, architectural approaches, and cloud-specific development
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Will be an advantage

• Prior experience as a team lead or architect is highly advantageous
• Experience with NestJS, Passport, Python, Azure Cloud adds significant value.
