Senior Scala Developer

Infopulse Poland is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior Scala Developer  in Gdansk, Lodz or Warsaw.

We are looking for a Senior Scala Developer (with Hadoop experience) with the potential to grow to an Expert IT Developer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java 8+ and/or Scala experience
• Experience of working in Spark
• Knowledge of Linux Shell Scripting
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Hadoop stack (Yarn, Sqoop, Hive, Impala, MapReduce, Oozie, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Ansible, Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Will be an advantage

• Experience with streaming technologies such as Flink and Kafka
• Familiariaty with Data Analysis
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile way of working
