Requirements:
2+ year of experience in HR (IT experience preferred)
Solid knowledge of different HR processes in company
Experience in conducting one-to-one meetings is a must
English level - B1 or higher
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Main duties:
Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees
Conducting face-to-face meetings with employees and resolving different employees requests
Contribute to employees motivation efforts
Performance review support
Working with different HR documentation
Organizing corporate events
Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
Administrate company benefits (medical insurance, foreign languages courses, yoga classes etc.)
